**Drive Business Growth in Education Finance**
As a key member of our team at CapTalent HR, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the education finance market. You will be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships, cultivating relationships with educational institutions, and delivering tailored loan solutions that meet the needs of students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the educational finance sector.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their financing needs and tailor loan solutions to meet the requirements of students and parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, financial aid offices, and student advisors to promote our loan products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the fintech or financial services industry, with a focus on educational loans or related products.
- Strong understanding of the education finance landscape, including student loans, tuition financing, and financial aid programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
