About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, lead generation, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through research and networking
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Built strong relationships with clients and partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month
