About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at CapTalent HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue and expand our customer base.
  • To identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • To work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and achieve shared goals.
  • To monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in educational sales or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • The ability to set goals and develop strategies to meet those goals.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
