**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at FinMen Advisors & Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, leadership, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of client relationships.
  • Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to pursue them.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

**Salary:** ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata.
