Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager - Sales to join our team at CRIF India. This role involves driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to acquire new clients in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC segments. They will also manage and grow assigned accounts through relationship building and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the BFSI software product/services domain.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts (8-10 accounts) through relationship building and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Build a deep understanding of the lending domain to address client needs effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales, preferably in the lending space.
  • Proven expertise in BFSI software sales with strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors.
  • Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and negotiations.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum
