**About the Role:**
About this position, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Savvysoft Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with US-based clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional staffing solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Understand client hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing solutions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to increase revenue growth, improve client satisfaction, and deliver high-quality staffing solutions. We estimate that the salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
