Fincrif, a leading provider of BFSI software solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales expansion in the lending space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors is essential, along with proficiency in Tamil. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to manage client relationships and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC segments.
- Manage and grow assigned accounts through relationship building and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities in the BFSI software product/services domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with product capabilities and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain and enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales.
- Proven expertise in BFSI software sales, preferably in the lending space.
- Strong understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors.
- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and negotiations.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
