Senior Sales Leader

As a Senior Sales Leader at Nobroker Interiors, you will be responsible for driving top-line and bottom-line targets for the Homestore Interiors Business. This involves closely monitoring and driving key business metrics such as PnL, Conversions, Orders, Margins, and input/output metrics.
The ideal candidate will have extensive market research skills to analyze and assess market potential, track competitor activities, and provide valuable inputs to fine-tune sales, marketing, and expansion strategies.
Achieving 100X growth in the next few years will require utilizing high-level work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable the team. You will also represent Nobroker Interiors with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
This role requires effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance to achieve company objectives. Additionally, developing personal leadership, hiring, and training skills is essential to ensure the team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is ₹25 lakhs per annum. As an Executive Business Development Manager at Nobroker Interiors, your primary responsibility will be to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
You will design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. With a focus on sales leadership, you will drive results-oriented sales strategies and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results.
