Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Sales Business Leader to join our team at Tata AIG. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading sales teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.

About the Role

The Key Sales Business Leader will be accountable for achieving overall Gross Written Premium through effective channel relationship management, workshops, and camps. This includes planning and implementing strategies to drive results and analyze underwritten business books to build strategies for desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities include recruitment of agents, input activities such as name gathering, career orientation programs, and educational programs. Additionally, the role involves activation, retention of business, and stakeholder interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-1 year of experience in insurance
  • At least 3-4 years of experience leading a company/business line in retail sales
  • Any graduation degree
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
