Senior Sales Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our Retail Banking team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To acquire new loan customers in the identified segment and meet/exceed defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month.
- To analyze transaction banking needs of the customers and identify opportunities for growth.
- To ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization.
- To ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- To create an environment that enables digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically.
- To drive initiatives to meet the bank's rapid growth targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.

Compensation and Benefits:
