Job Description:

As a Sales and Distribution Leader at Paytm, you will be responsible for growing distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit sales teams to align and drive business in the market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and distribution.
  • Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
  • Ensure team members are in the market regularly, driving sales and usage.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development.
  • Graduate or MBA degree.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the specified area.

Reporting Matrix:

  • Reports to Territory Sales Manager (TSM)/Area Sales Manager (ASM)
  • Direct reports: 15-20 field executives
  • Reports to City Head/State Head: 4-8 Team Leaders, 50-100 field executives
