About Fincrif

Fincrif India, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Sales to spearhead growth initiatives in the lending sector.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales practices in the BFSI software product/services domain.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Design and implement sales strategies to capture new business opportunities in the mid-size and growing banking/NBFC markets.
  2. Nurture and grow assigned client relationships (8-10 accounts) through tailored engagement and cross-selling initiatives.
  3. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the BFSI software product/services space to boost revenue.
  4. Broaden knowledge of the lending industry to deliver targeted solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to synchronize client expectations with product capabilities and guarantee successful project outcomes.
  6. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive interactions and dedicated support.
  7. Contribute valuable insights and feedback to refine product offerings and keep pace with industry developments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. 4-8 years of experience in BFSI software product/services sales, with 3-7 years of proven track record.
  2. Exceptional expertise in BFSI software sales, particularly in the lending space.
  3. In-depth understanding of the banking and NBFC sectors.
  4. Fluency in English is essential.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and facilitate negotiations.
  6. Achievement-driven with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  7. Adept at working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple client accounts effectively.

Remuneration Package

The estimated annual compensation for this role is ₹25 lakhs, aligned with experience and qualifications.
