Job SummaryThis role shall have a variety of responsibilities including developing and maintaining business relationships, designing policies which allow partnerships to thrive, identifying opportunities for new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships and collaborations, building professional networks, enforcing legally-binding contracts, developing and executing business plans for strategic growth, conducting market research, synthesizing reports of business metrics, negotiating contracts with strategic partners, and attending meetings to serve as representatives of their organizations.

- Identifying opportunities for new partnerships and collaborations
- Strengthening existing relationships and fostering professional networks
- Enforcing legally-binding contracts and agreements
- Developing and executing business plans for strategic growth and development
- Conducting market research and analyzing business metrics
- Negotiating contracts with strategic partners
- Representing the organization in meetings and presentations
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to function independently within a cross-functional account team
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing business needs
- Master's degree/MBA in Business Management or related field preferred
The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
