About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in North Chennai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Graduation/Higer Education degree
  • 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the North Chennai market and territory
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
