Regional Sales Director

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead the sales team in the North Tamil Nadu region for TTK Prestige Ltd. As Regional Sales Director - General Trade, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in this key territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement monthly sales plans with distributors and dealers to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Tracking and Analysis: Monitor daily sales reports, track actual vs. expected sales, and billing value across all channels.
- Product Mix and New Launches: Ensure optimal product mix in sales and indenting for new products, and ensure timely launches in the market.
- Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor activity in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Effective Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
- New Market Development: Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and territories, and develop strategies to capture these opportunities.
Cost Control and Financial Management:
- Outstanding Tracking: Monitor and control outstanding payments from channel partners.
- Timely Payment: Ensure timely payment from distributors as per agreed terms.
Promotional Activities:
- Scheme Monitoring: Monitor promotional schemes in retail trade and distributors.
- Activity Implementation: Implement promotional activities effectively, monitoring and reporting competitor activity.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues from dealer/distributor perspective.
Subordinate Development:
- On-the-Job Training: Provide on-the-job training to subordinates.
Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and clarity of thought in sales processes.
- Data Analytical Skills: Strong data analytical skills, including working knowledge of Excel.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 7-9 days per month.
- Business Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, handling business above ₹50 Crs PA.
- Notice Period: Candidates with a minimum 30-45 day notice period will be considered.
Salary Estimate:
Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum.
