Sales Director for South Asia Region

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our business growth in the South Asia region, specifically in South India and Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding customer bases and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a strategic sales plan to increase our presence in the region, targeting key industries and companies.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- New Account Acquisition: Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and networking skills.
- Equipment Configuration and Proposals: Work closely with our technical teams to configure equipment and prepare proposals that meet customer needs.
- Qualifications: MBA or Degree in Engineering or related field; minimum 10 years' experience in Capital Equipment Sales and Marketing, preferably in SMT and/or Factory software solutions.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective negotiation and communication skills; ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SMT machines, technological knowledge of Printing and Placement Product Portfolio/Processes, and the Semicon (Advanced Packaging) industry.

Salary Range:Rupees 1,500,000 - Rupees 2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
