Job Title: Area Sales Director - Franchise Expansion

About the Role:
The Area Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships with franchisees. This position requires strong leadership skills, market acumen, and exceptional relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets, focusing on expanding market reach and driving revenue growth
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for business expansion and improvement
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Establish and oversee sales targets for franchise partners, ensuring they are achieved and surpassed

Qualification and Experience:
A bachelors or masters degree from a reputable institution is desirable. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in a B2B/Franchise role or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, adaptability, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency.
