Job Overview

We seek an experienced Delivery Sales Director to join our Padur, OMR Chennai team. This full-time role requires 4-6 years of experience in managing courier sales operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise to create and sustain business relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in courier services.
  • IDentify potential new clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Buiild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive offers to keep services competitive and appealing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management with strong ability to optimize logistics and courier operations.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain and nurture long-lasting partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated experience in courier sales to drive business growth and sales efficiency.
  • Proficient in logistics management, focusing on enhancing delivery systems for improved service levels.
Working Conditions

This role requires excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust sales strategies to maintain competitiveness. Ability to lead and mentor a sales team is also essential. Estimated annual salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
