Job Description
As a Business Development Manager specializing in educational loans, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the education finance market. You will be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships with educational institutions, cultivating relationships, and delivering tailored loan solutions that meet the needs of students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the educational finance sector.
- Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and vocational training providers.
- Leveraging Stakeholder Relationships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their financing needs and tailor loan solutions to meet requirements.
- Education & Promotion: Conduct presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to educate stakeholders about our loan offerings and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within fintech or financial services industry, with a focus on educational loans or related products.
- Strong understanding of education finance landscape, including student loans, tuition financing, and financial aid programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Strategic thinker with results-driven mindset and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
