Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 - ₹3,00,000 per month

Zonal Sales Manager Position:

This role involves spearheading business growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning while nurturing strong client relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities, collaborating with clients to acquire properties, devising strategies to meet sales targets, fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders, mentoring and guiding the sales team, conducting site visits to monitor territory performance, and resolving sensitive issues to maintain our company's reputation.

Key Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of the Indian real estate market.
  • Excellent proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
