Hiring a seasoned Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to drive business growth, client acquisition, and sales planning for Helios Advisory. Our company excels in providing growth solutions to various sectors, including infrastructure, e-commerce, and technology.
The successful candidate will oversee the sales team, ensuring they meet their objectives, and develop strategies to grow the client base. A minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate is required, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue business opportunities through market analysis.
- Shortlist and acquire properties that fit our needs.
- Develop and implement plans to reach sales targets and expand the client network.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Profound knowledge of the Indian real estate sector.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, with proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
