Medical Business Director for Sales Growth

We are seeking an experienced Medical Business Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the medical consumables industry.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the end-user base and market share
- Manage and grow existing key accounts by building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in the medical consumables/medical device industry.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
