Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Business Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the medical consumables industry.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the end-user base and market share
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts by building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in the medical consumables/medical device industry.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
