We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our business growth efforts in India, Middle East, and APAC markets. As a key member of the senior team at FolkServ, you will be responsible for rapidly growing our business in these regions.

About the Role

This is a core leadership position that requires a prudent, hands-on, and inspiring leader who can work closely with the CEO and delivery leaders to build and scale our business globally. You will develop and deliver on a plan to make us a world-class and recognized organization in these markets.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, having successfully built and scaled a technology solution business in India, Middle East, and APAC. They should have a deep understanding of the technology/IT consulting and solution selling market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Growing our business rapidly, aiming for over 2x growth year on year for the next 5 years.
  2. Growing our business profitably, targeting higher profitability compared to larger IT services companies given our specialized nature and IP-enabled rapid and consistent results delivery.
  3. Building and leading a high-performance sales team, owning revenue and profitability goals for yourself and the team.
  4. Becoming a recognized brand in the marketplace, leading to 50% of business leads generated in a pull model (customer reaching us as against feet on the ground).
  5. Maintaining executive relationships with clients at CXO levels and achieving trusted partner status, resulting in significant share of customer wallet on IT spend.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 16-20 years of solutions, IT consulting selling experience in India, ME & APAC.
  • A track record of consistently delivering very high year-on-year growth as a leader.
  • Experience of selling IT services and solutions to large enterprise clients.
  • Able to construct and sell large deals, value-based technology solutions selling.
  • Sound understanding of complex enterprise IT environment and issues faced by CIOs in the digital era.
  • Ability to do data-backed reviews, creating forward-looking predictable metrics.
Salary & Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
