As our Sales Director - Strategic Growth Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and implementing effective plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align sales goals with the company's overall objectives.
About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to track progress against targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership plans.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
