Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Executive Director of Business Growth to join our team and drive business development strategies for our DLP 3D Printer manufacturing business vertical.
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position that involves business planning, sales, account management, and expanding our market presence and sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Lead sales teams nationally to achieve sales targets
- Manage relationships with key clients and negotiate deals
- Cultivate new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in machinery sales in the jewelry industry is highly desirable
What We Offer
A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement in a rapidly growing industry.
