Business Growth Director

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Director to lead and scale our premium refurbishing business in Mumbai. With a strong focus on growing the High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client base, this role requires a proven track record of driving business growth, managing operations, and building strong client relationships in the premium market segment.
The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in managing and growing a business, preferably in refurbishing, luxury services, or industries targeting HNI clients. A strong understanding of HNI client behavior and expectations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the business, focusing on expanding the HNI client base.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for premium refurbishing services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client preferences and deliver personalized solutions.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Financial Management:
- Drive revenue growth while managing costs to ensure profitability.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics.
- Brand Development:
- Position the business as a market leader in premium refurbishing services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that target the HNI segment.
