Director of Revenue Growth

About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Revenue Growth to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and enhance market positioning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with the company's overall objectives and ensure that our sales teams have the right tools, insights, and resources to meet and exceed their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities and refine current approaches.
- Work with senior leadership to define sales goals and targets, and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or sales operations.
- Proven ability to think critically about long-term sales goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or relevant industry experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 per year.
