**Job Title:** Regional Sales Director B2B
**About Us:
- We are a leading medical equipment company, Transasia Bio Medicals Ltd.
**Responsibilities:
- Lead existing and new Key account sales & business development at Zonal / Regional level with a focus on expanding our share in the Product category turnover.
- Strategically align with Zonal teams to devise business growth accordingly.
- Analyze growth of key chains vis-a-vis our share in the Product category turnover and provide corrective action plans for growth.
- Develop strategic relationships across the Key Accounts and build deep understanding of customer business.
- Create Account plans; build data base / Intelligence of Key Decision makers, end user.
- Responsible for commercial performance and increase in share of wallet in assigned accounts.
- Work closely with marketing team, MARCOM to execute Marketing and customer engagement activities like Webinars/ Demos/ Seminars/ meetings with Key Decision makers of the account.
**Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Key Account Management principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
