Zonal Business Development Lead

About this Job:
Hailing from a top management consultancy specializing in growth solutions, Helios Advisory is looking for an Area Sales Strategy Manager who can take on the role of Zonal Business Development Lead. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to meet targets.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Spearheading business growth and client acquisition in the Indian real estate market
- Supporting real estate shortlisting and acquisition through field visits and territory monitoring
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Leading and training the sales team to achieve objectives
You will be expected to possess:
- A deep understanding of the Indian real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Salary: ₹9,00,000 - ₹13,00,000 per year. We offer a competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.
