Job Description:

Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

The ZSM will spearhead business growth, client acquisition, and strategic sales planning while fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities based on market analysis, supporting real estate shortlisting and acquisition, developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve objectives, conducting field visits and monitoring territory performance, and managing sensitive issues to uphold the company's reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market.

- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (Written and verbal).

- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Graduation/Postgraduation 7+ years in real estate with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
