Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant at Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the IT hardware sector. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and drive sales revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential B2B clients to generate sales for IT hardware solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of enterprise clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure for direct sales of IT hardware products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within the IT hardware sector.
- Strong knowledge of direct sales methodologies and experience in engaging with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
