Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Perennial Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
About the Role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and negotiation will enable you to drive business success and achieve targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts to ensure long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the market.
- Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of technology services in custom application development and outsourced product development segments.
- At least 4 years of experience in selling fixed bid and staff augmentation service models.
- Proven track record of success in key account management with at least 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent presentation and influencing skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Salary
$90,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
