Role Overview:

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring long-term customer success. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and contract management, managing negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals, focusing on building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, product, and other sales teams to align on strategies, maximize profitability, and ensure product-market fit.

Requirements:

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Experience in automotive, SaaS, and B2B is a plus.

Estimated Annual Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
