Client Relationship Coordinator

At Exxat, we're building an integrated education management platform for Health Sciences. Our team is growing, and we need a skilled Client Relationship Coordinator to join us.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
a) Manage client accounts, develop strong relationships, and ensure client retention.
b) Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
c) Schedule regular customer checkpoints to review project progress and gather feedback.
d) Gather and maintain information on assigned clients.
e) Suggest company products and services that maximize client satisfaction.
f) Promote product updates, releases, and services to existing customers.
2. Project Coordination:
a) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
b) Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
c) Collaborate with the Finance team on contract renewals.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
a) Review ticketing trends with specific clients.
b) Analyze product utilization and provide recommendations for support.
4. Technical Acumen:
a) Collaborate with IT and development teams to assess technical feasibility.
b) Organize integration meetings with clients to discuss IT needs and challenges.
c) Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver presentations.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience in account management, customer service, or operations (3+ years).
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, monday.com).
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Preferred undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and operational processes.
Working Hours:
8 am to 5 pm EST
