Job Overview:

The Head of Sales and Relationship Management at Hrizen Techno Services will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and maintaining asset quality. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans to meet business objectives, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest changes
  • Lead a team of sales and relationship management professionals to achieve business targets and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree: postgraduate/graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum experience: 12-15 years in sales and relationship management
  • Leadership competencies: ownership, speed, passion, boundaryless behavior, meritocracy, customer focus, tech quotient, cost consciousness, adaptability, empathy, collaboration, analysis, compliance, and resilience

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
