Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across the cluster.
  • Talent Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages accountability and collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in a cluster or regional capacity.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
