Must Haves:
Post Graduate Degree in HR, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the HR, handling HR initiatives for 100+ people sales organization and 300+ contractual employees.
Minimum 3 plus years experience working as HRBP for a BU or a Commercial unit OR a Zone.
Experience of handling HR for a Field sales force is necessary, with experience in managing tier III or rural sales team
Expert in talent acquisition of sales teams across hierarchy from Territory In charge to Senior Managers in sales, preferably with a workforce working extensively in rural markets.
Well versed with all compliances and ER/IR policies for effective management of contractual workforce.
Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially Performance Management of sales teams, employee engagement including training/capability building/reward and recognition etc. and swift and effective employee communication systems.
Very disciplined and process oriented person with demonstrated experience in improving processes and systems towards improving various HR metrics including attrition, employee productivity, sales force engagement etc.

Good to haves:
MBA from premier institutes
Prior experience of working as HRBP/Sales HR in agrochemicals or fertilizer/specialty nutrient/ animal feed/aqua feed / seed/ animal feed / tractors and other farm equipment companies and lubricants companies like with significant sales in rural markets companies

Strategic Responsibilities:
Provide zonal inputs to the Head HRBP which assist in the formulation of HR strategy and Budgets for the Agri Inputs Business.
Provide feedback / inputs to COE teams during design of key HR Initiatives and policies for specific HR requirements of the Agri Inputs Business.
Serve as a single point of contact for Zonal Leadership to clarify any queries on HR policies / procedures and provide consultation on HR related issues.
Provide inputs to Head HRBP on critical roles and succession planning in the Zones.

Operational Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment , selection and induction process for the zone, as defined by the COE (for example, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, negotiations, approvals, notice buy outs, offer roll out, joining formalities, induction plan)
Maintain necessary recruitment and selection records, update recruitment MIS on a regular basis (for example, employee profile, appointment letter, personal details)
Update / document new job descriptions/ job creations for the Zone, in collaboration with the
Department Heads and TM COE.
