Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Wealth Management operations in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and maintaining asset quality.
About the Role:
- Develop strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including manpower productivity, and suggest/implement improvements.
- Direct product development efforts and oversee the successful implementation of new products and services tailored for Wealth Management clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise a team of Cluster Heads and relationship managers to drive cohesive regional operations.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales and leadership roles.
- Strong leadership competencies, including ownership, speed, passion, boundaryless behavior, meritocracy, customer focus, tech quotient, cost consciousness, adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, analytical, and compliance.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience.
