Western Region Sales Manager for Industrial Machinery

About the Role
This is a full-time remote position as a Sales Manager for the Western region at Swastik Engitech Pvt Ltd (BANSAL Presses). The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to oversee sales activities in the Western region, develop and implement sales strategies, establish and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the company's growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the industrial machinery sector, preferably based out of Pune. A technical background and knowledge of presses would be advantageous.

Requirements
- Sales management and business development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel within the region
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
- Master's degree in sales & marketing preferred
- 5+ years of sales experience
Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 15-20 Lakhs per annum
