Global Sales Leader for US Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Leader to drive the growth of our IT services business in the US market. Based at our Pune Head office, you will report directly to the CEO - India and play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our aggressive expansion plans. As a high-impact leader, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers in global markets, leading and developing a world-class Inside Sales team, and driving sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a high-performing Inside Sales team to acquire new customers in the US market
  • Drive lead generation and sales closures through effective strategies and execution
  • Hire, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong sales team
  • Establish and lead a Sales Partner Channel to expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Ensure efficient utilization of CRM tools for end-to-end sales process tracking and reporting
  • Pursue innovative channels for generating sales leads to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head or in a Senior Sales Role, comfortable working night shifts
  • Excellent Sales Management skills with a proven track record of success
  • Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales with a deep understanding of the US market
  • Exceptional leadership skills with strong coaching, training, and development abilities
  • Superb communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to learn and grasp new areas quickly to stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment
