Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive innovation within our Global Capability Center through strategic sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding client partnerships and managing relationships with midsize centers/companies in India.

About the Role

  • Drive innovation within the Global Capability Center (GCC) through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise application sales, focusing on expanding client partnerships.
  • Manage and grow client relationships with midsize centers/companies in India.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and GCC operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Package
