Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at CludoBits IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory and building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
About the Role
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A deep understanding of the IT industry and its trends
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
