Strategic Sales Leader for Global Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead our global sales expansion. Located at our Pune Head office, this individual will report directly to the CEO - India and play a pivotal role in driving aggressive growth plans.

This high-impact position requires an exceptional leader who can develop and manage a world-class Inside Sales team and Sales Partner channel. The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B sales in international markets, possesses strong analytical skills, and excels in understanding customer pain areas and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing a high-performing Inside Sales team to acquire new customers globally.
  • Driving lead generation and sales closures.
  • Hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Leading and developing the Sales Partner Channel.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Ensuring efficient utilization of CRM tools for end-to-end sales processes, tracking, and reporting.
  • Cultivating innovative channels for generating sales leads.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • At least 15 years of experience, including at least 3 years as a Sales Head or in a senior sales role.
  • Excellent sales management skills.
  • A proven track record in B2B sales and Inside Sales.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, training, and development abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Based on industry standards and the requirements of this role, we estimate the salary to be around ₹120 lakhs per annum. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
