At Coditas technology pvt., we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are a fast-paced startup specializing in AI-powered App Modernization. Our ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical, analytical, and sales skills to drive business growth and expansion.

About the Role:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities in key sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, and eCommerce.
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead management and CRM optimization. Work closely with the sales team to manage key accounts, track performance metrics, and forecast sales trends.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target high-value prospects in BFSI, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, and eCommerce domains. Utilize multiple channels to generate qualified leads and move them through the funnel.
  • Strategic Support: Act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing insights on market trends and business performance. Participate in high-level decision-making related to product development, market entry, and growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (required), MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
  • 3-8 years of experience in market analysis, sales operations, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales processes, including CRM management and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling pitches and sales materials.
  • Familiarity with the BFSI, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or eCommerce industries is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
