About the Role
Pixis is seeking a visionary Business Development Director to spearhead revenue expansion initiatives. As a key leader in our organization, you will drive growth through strategic partnerships, innovative marketing campaigns, and exceptional leadership.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic campaigns tailored to specific industry verticals and personas.
  • Managing a team of business development reps focused on converting inbound and outbound leads.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact of marketing efforts.

Requirements & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Development.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team (AEs or BDRs).
  • Proven expertise in CRM software and Google Apps suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $140,000-$170,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
