Sales Director for Retail Expansion

Poojara Telecom Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our retail expansion efforts in Maharashtra. This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
About the RoleThe Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Rajasthan and Rest of Maharashtra (ROM). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market share
- Leading a team of regional sales managers to achieve sales targets and improve team performance
- Identifying new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to drive growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and retail partners
- Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase market share
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the handset and telecom industry, with a focus on sales and retail
- A strong understanding of the telecom and handset market in Rajasthan and ROM
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
- An MBA from a recognized institution or equivalent experience with a Bachelor degree
We offer a competitive salary estimate of ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
