Branch Expansion and Transaction Manager

Poonawalla Fincorp is seeking a highly skilled Branch Expansion and Transaction Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly in the BFSI/Retail sector.
About the RoleThis role involves driving the expansion of our branch network across targeted geographies, overseeing end-to-end management of real estate transactions, and conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Site Sourcing and Selection: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential sites for new branch locations, collaborating with real estate brokers, landlords, and developers.
- Branch Network Expansion: Drive the real estate strategy to support the expansion of our branch network, ensuring adherence to timelines and working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of real estate transactions, including leasing, purchases, renewals, and contract negotiations.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth, providing detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a certification course in Real Estate Management preferred.
- A minimum of 10+ years of exposure in real estate transactions of branch offices in the BFSI/Retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
