Company Overview:

  We are a leading talent enhancement company looking for an experienced expansion manager to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads from various sources, giving demos and presentations to prospective clients, meeting and surpassing sales targets, managing a team of business development executives, pricing and negotiating with customers, and maintaining relationships with business partners.

Experience Required:

  • 6-8 years' prior industry-related business development experience

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (estimated), based on experience and competence.
