Job Title: Business Development Director

Overview:

Citadel Propcon Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on client acquisition and market expansion.
  2. Develop and implement business development strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to generate repeat and referral business.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities within the industry.
  5. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing Citadel's capabilities and value propositions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the real estate sector. A proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
