Job Description:

Zoop is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy and drive revenue expansion. This role requires a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the fintech domain, with a strong knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the enterprise market segment.
  • Identify target accounts and prospects in alignment with Zoop's business objectives and sales goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at the enterprise level.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of meeting, and exceeding in selling SAAS solutions, preferably in the fintech domain, to large enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance challenges faced by enterprises.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
